​I want to start with two confessions: First, shame on me for not reading the reviews before buying from this location. Second, I am posting this knowing it risks making them even more difficult to deal with, but people need to know. ​I traded in my pristine 2022 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT (7k miles) plus $650 cash for a 2016 Indian Scout Sixty (8.5k miles). I was explicitly lied to by two separate salespeople who claimed the bike had undergone a thorough inspection and oil change. It hadn't. Upon taking it home, I discovered the oil was old and the gas tank was in terrible shape—something anyone opening the tank would have immediately noticed. ​I took the bike back for them to fix it. It has now been over two weeks, and they just informed me it could take up to five weeks to get my motorcycle back. Absolutely unbelievable. ​The "Solution" They Offered? ​"Give us an additional $4,000 and we will get you a different motorcycle." ​The sales manager is at least transparent, but he has offered zero actual solutions. Despite being lied to, I haven't yelled, insulted anyone, or lost my temper. I have been more patient than ever before in my life, but I just want the motorcycle I paid for. To make matters worse, their communication is nonexistent; if I don't call them for updates, I hear absolutely nothing. PS. Few minutes ago, Gabe one of the Sales manager, the only one trustworthy in my experience, call me to let me know that he made the decision to replace the tank. I am happy with that decision. Now us waiting game hopping to get my bike as soon as possible. PS2. I got my bike and it looks good. I do appreciate the how promptly things moved this week. Thank you Gabe.

I had an outstanding experience at Karl Malone Powersports. Berrett Pugmire was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me purchase my brand‑new 2026 Honda 1100 Rebel DCT—what a fantastic bike! What I appreciated most about Berrett is that he treated me with genuine respect and never assumed I knew nothing about motorcycles just because I’m a woman. That level of professionalism and courtesy made all the difference. Karl Malone Powersports is truly fortunate to have Berrett on their team.

Blair Newman was the best person to work with. He answered all of my questions. (Trust me I had a million) he was so patient and kind and very knowledgeable. He deserves a raise. He’s great! Also, Justin was the best sales man to work with. He helped me get into my first bike and was so patient with me. He genuinely listened to what I was looking for and made sure I ended up in the right bike.
