I reached out to Karl Malone Power sports about the Honda pioneer 1000-5 trail edition. I spoke with Luka Sandor. He was very polite and professional throughout the process. I live 6 hours from the dealership and was able to complete almost everything online or over the phone. I drove down and picked up the machine once the deal was made. Luka was very welcoming and was thorough about showing me the machine and all of the features. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. All of the personnel were very friendly and welcoming.
