After ordering a new CanAm machine and being told that everything would be ready for pick on a scheduled appointment time only to have our guys sit and wait for 2 hours and then told the parts hadn't arrive. Several phone calls and 2 weeks later and nothing resolved called their parts department one more time on Friday and to my surprise a familiar voice on the other end was none other than Blair, who had helped us with several purchases of machine and service with for many years at the Heber Store. Blair was as usual very willing to get things figured out and by Monday afternoon our machine was delivered to The National Ability Center, guys like Blair are far and few between, Karl and Andy are lucky to have him.
