I worked with Phil and the customer service was great. It took approximately one month for R6 front forks rebuild, both tire replacement and diagnostic for a check engine light. However, picked up my motorcycle today and after riding about half a block, the check engine light came back on. I turned around right away and brought it back to them, as this should have been ironed out. So, far they are still handling the process great, with the mishap of the check engine lights. Will update this post as the process continues, in how much more time it took them to resolve the issue. *** Update as promised, a month later*** After returning my motorcycle to the shop after seeing that check engine light, shortly after riding after. It took them approximately 4 hours to fix the issue and get me back on the road. The issue however that was found was unrelated to what I was previously told. And with that I was expecting additional charges, but to my surprise, I was not charged. As the representative said due to them not catching the issue the first time around, the charge is on them (not by any means saying this is the norm). I purposely took this long to update this post as I wanted to ensure the fix was solid, and that my statement/review is solid.

Working with Justin made the process go efficient as possible. His communication was excellent and I will refer him to multiple people because of it.

Came in for some gloves and socks and Blair got us the exact stuff we was looking for, and on top of that offered us a piece of Steph’s birthday cake! Funny guy!

Went in to only gather info on a bike, purchased it within 30 minutes. Thanks to Paul & Evan, they were great!
