Justin was the man! He answered all my questions and gave his personal input on the bikes. He made the transaction smooth and I walked away a happy customer.

When I contacted the dealership regarding scheduling a service call, the most polite and nice individual (Phil) was very courteous and helpful. He told me to ask for him specifically when I was scheduled to arrive the next day. Upon arrival, his professionalism was appreciated and made the entire experience pleasurable. I made sure to tell the manager (Gabe) who expressed, "Isn't he just the nicest guy?" I couldn't agree more.

I found a listing for a used 2024 KTM at Karl Malone Powersports and I texted the number on the listing. Justin texted me back and ended up sending me more info, answering my questions, and even taking some video to send me of him doing a walk around and turning it on so I could hear it. I live out of state, so it’s about 6.5 hours one way to come check this bike out. I told Justin I was serious about purchasing and I needed to know the price out the door before taking a 12+ hour round trip to get a bike. The price was extremely fair so I made the trip. In person, Justin was awesome to meet and treated me and my fiancé very well. Everyone we had the chance to meet was very cool. Buying bikes out of state can be a little extra stressful, but they all were so great, I would ABSOLUTELY come back. Thank you Justin and everyone that helped us out!
